The AEB Compliance & Ethics Committee and the AEB SME Committee are pleased to invite you to its open joint meeting entitled ”Compliance & Corporate Governance for Business/ SMEs in Difficult Times: COVID-19 Challenges and Evolving Sanctions Regime”, which will be held on April 21rd, 2020 at 10:00-11:30.
The meeting agenda will be focused on the following major subjects:
- Dealing with COVID-19 in the context of compliance, corporate governance and risk management
- EU and US sanctions against Russia: what is allowed and what is forbidden
The meeting will be co-moderated by Svetlana Makarova, Chairperson of the AEB Compliance & Ethics Committee, Lead Compliance Counsel, Europe, Nokia, and Andreas Bitzi, Chairman of the AEB SME Committee, Deputy Chairman of the AEB North-Western Regional Committee, Managing Director, quality partners.
