НАЛОГООБЛОЖЕНИЕ В НЕДВИЖИМОСТИ: НОВОЕ РЕГУЛИРОВАНИЕ

The AEB is pleased to invite you to participate in the open event organised by the AEB Real Estate Committee, titled “TAXATION OF REAL ESTATE: THE NEW REGULATION”.

The event will be held on December 16^th, 2016, from 10:00 to 11:20 (registration starts at 9:30), at AEB Conference Centre (Krasnoproletarskaya str., 16, bld. 3, ent. 8, fl. 4, office 8).

Please note that registration will close as soon as we reach the maximum number of participants and the latest at noon on 15 December 2016.

The main purpose of the event is to review the tax legislation trends relevant for the Russian and foreign companies with real estate assets. During the event we will discuss the current changes in tax legislation and the practice of its application in the following areas:

1) Property tax exemption for energy-efficient buildings - legal requirements and restrictions, positive KPMG experience on confirmation of the validity of tax benefits, and a successful strategy on formation of supporting documentation package;

2) Disputes over investment tax benefits – tax risks and practical problems of the application of investment tax incentives, judicial practice of investment tax incentives and its main trends, recommendations on protection of investment tax incentives

The working language of the event is English and Russian.

Attendance fees:

Fee for representatives of AEB members is free;

Fee for representatives of non-member companies: 3,500 RUR (+18% VAT);
