On the basis of the online platform, AEB holds a series of webinars under the General title "HR issues and labor law in the period of the coronavirus".

The eleventh webinar will be held on Friday, May 29, 2020 from 11.00 till 12.00. 

At the webinar Elena Agaeva, Head of St. Petersburg M&A and Corporate Practice, Egorov, Puginsky, Afanasyev & Partners will focus on the following topic: «Processing personal data of employees in the conditions of a pandemic» with the focus on the following issues: 

  1. The provision by employees of personal data to the employer in a pandemic: information about the health of the employees and their relatives
  2. Can an employer require an employee to pass a coronavirus test
  3. Conditions for the employer to process information about the health status of the employees and their relatives in connection with coronavirus: is the consent required
