INNOPROM ONLINE «ПРОИЗВОДИТЕЛЬНОСТЬ. ТЕХНОЛОГИИ. СОЦИАЛЬНАЯ ОТВЕТСТВЕННОСТЬ»

We are pleased to inform you of the AEB co-organised session ”Productivity. Technology. Social Responsibility”, which will be held within the business program of INNOPROM ONLINE 2020 on Wednesday, 23 September 2020, at 12:00-13:30.

INNOPROM is an International Industrial Fair held in Ekaterinburg annually since 2010. It is the main industrial, trade and export platform in Russia. The lead theme of INNOPROM-2020 is ”Industry in Digital Era”.

The session ”Productivity. Technology. Social Responsibility” will be co-moderated by Michael Akim, AEB Board Member, Chairman of the AEB Working Group on Modernisation & Innovation; Associated Partner, Vitus Bering Management Ltd.; Professor of Graduate School of Business, HSE, and Anton Atrashkin, INNOPROM Business Programme Director.

The discussion will address the following key topics:

∙ How did the coronavirus crisis affect the goals formulated within the labor productivity improvement programs, in Russia and worldwide? Did the lessons of the crisis influence the approaches towards the implementation of new technologies?

∙ Increased productivity can lead to staff reductions in a limited market. What and how to teach "extra people”?

∙ How to combine the benefits of automation and the SDGs at societal level, not just at the corporation’s level?

The working languages of the event are English and Russian. Simultaneous interpretation will be provided.
