The event will take place on Thursday, 26 September 2019 from 09:00 till 15:00 at the AEB Conference Center (Ul. Butyrsky Val 68/70 bld. 1, 1^st floor, Moscow). Registration will start at 08:30.

The main issue of this Conference is innovations in real estate. The topics will be divided into three main spheres:

in the era of digitalization and innovations.

Digitalization, affecting all areas in life, is reflected in the relevant technologies of real estate sector. Worldwide trends such as artificial intelligence, robotics, 3D printing and synthetic biology have already a massive impact on the real estate industry.

Russia is at a crucial point in the evolution of real estate. Lately, we have been seeing more and more investors, operators, and developers moving into the PropTech space: from partnerships on real estate projects to investments in PropTech firms. Real estate companies should embrace changes and become more sophisticated and client-focused to compete effectively. The companies that are unable to leverage new technologies and adjust their business models, risk being left behind.

How changes in technology and consumer behavior will subvert and redefine the commercial real estate industry will be discussed during European Real Estate Day 2019.
