The AEB Finance and Investment Committee is pleased to invite you to its webinar entitled «COVID- 19 - Impact on the economy».
The event will be held on April 21st, 2020, from 13:00 to 14:30.
The webinar will discuss the impact of the crisis caused by the epidemic on different sectors of the economy in Russia, as well as in the world.
The crisis consists in a sharp deterioration of the economic situation in the country, which leads to a significant reduction in production, severing supply lines, bankruptcy of enterprises, increased unemployment and decline in living standards and welfare.
At the webinar:
· Annette Kyobe, International Monetary Fund Resident Representative for Russian Federation,
· Vladimir Drebentsov, Head of Russia & CIS Economics, BP plc Vice President, BP Russia,
· Chris Weafer, Chief Executive Officer, Macro-Advisory
will share their expertise on the impact of the current crisis on Russia.
The meeting will be moderated by Stuart M Lawson, AEB Board Member and Chairperson of the AEB Finance and Investment Committee, Senior Advisor, EY.
