To provide a forum for the exchange of information, analysis, and views between AEB Member law firms on new developments in Russian law and legal practice

- To monitor implementation of changes to bankruptcy legislation
- To monitor implementation of changes to the legislation on pledge

- To continue to monitor changes to subsoil legislation
- To monitor implementation of anti-corruption legislation
- To monitor drafting of anti-raid legislation
- To cooperate with HR committee on labor law issues
