The webinar will be held on May 12, 2020 from 15:00 pm to 16:30 pm.
COVID-19 affects different industries in different ways with a primary impact on office market including landlords and tenants. The purpose of our event is to provide a brief overview of the current and possible future challenges and opportunities for tenants and landlords - with a focus on commercial leases in the context of recent developments.
During the webinar we will discuss the following issues:
1. How to build a relationship with a landlord during and after a pandemic?
New reality created by COVID pandemic.
New legislation aimed at the tenants' protection (Law N98-FZ). How can a tenant use it in its own favor?
The RF Civil Code lease provisions (s.4 of art.614 of the RF Civil Code and/or others). How can they help the tenant?
