On the basis of the online platform, AEB holds a series of webinars under the General title "HR issues and labor law in the period of the coronavirus".

The sixth webinar will be held on Monday, April 20, 2020 from 13.00 till 14.00. The speaker will be Denis Bushnev, Team Leader Labor & Migration Law Practice at Schneider Group.

At the webinar we will discuss the following topic: “Legal and practical aspects of the transfer of employees to the remote work for the period of pandemic” with a focus on the following:

  • Legal conditions for the use of remote work during the pandemic;
  • How employees are temporary transferred to remote work in practice;
  • The main risks and difficulties with the implementation of this type of work today.
