Pandemic made almost all of us implement changes to survive. Based on the AEB survey results, which were presented online on 9 June 2020, 17% of the companies which took part in the survey had to send employees to vacation or had to cut the working hours of the staff, and 9% of the companies had to make redundancy or were going to do so in the nearest future. But 74% of the companies saved the personnel and even hired the new staff.
In our webinar we will talk about how companies were responding to pandemic, what plans do they have now and how can we support our employees both materially and non-materially in this challenging time.
