The AEB North-Western Regional Committee is pleased to invite you to an open event on “Sanctions: Overview, Risks and Challenges for European Companies”.
The event will be held on 17 July, 2018, from 15:00 to 18:00 (registration will start at 14:30) at the office of Baker McKenzie in St. Petersburg (BC “Balloev Centre”, Grivtsova Lane, 4, 2nd floor, St. Petersburg).
There have been a number of important developments in the operating environment under sanctions. The following experts will interpret what has happened so far and attempt to forecast what might happen next: Stuart Lawson, AEB Finance & Investments Committee Chairman, AEB Board Member, Senior Advisor, EY; Andrey Gusev, Managing Partner, BORENIUS ATTORNEYS RUSSIA LTD; Vladimir Efremov, Partner, Baker McKenzie; Vladimir Barbolin, Partner, Banking Practice, Clifford Chance.
The presentations will be followed by discussion where participants will be able to ask questions to the experts and exchange their experience.

The working language of the meeting is English. Interpretation to Russian will NOT be provided.
Attendance Fees
Participation of 2 representatives from the AEB member companies is free of charge;
Fee for AEB additional members is 3,850 RUB (+18% VAT);
Fee for representatives of non-member companies is 7,700 RUB (+18% VAT).
