The Working Group on Labelling and Track & Trace System is pleased to invite you to an open WG meeting with Mrs. Natalya Lyakhova, Deputy Director of the Tariff and Non-tariff Customs Regulation Department, Eurasian Economic Commission titled “Topical Labeling Issues 2021” which will be held on May 14, 2021 at 11:00.
Assortment of goods subject to mandatory labelling is expanding on the territory of the Russian Federation. On the territory of the Eurasian Economic Union this process is also running.
· When is it planned to implement labelling of pharmaceutical products in countries that are members of the Eurasian Economic Union?
· How would auto components be divided into categories which involve and do not involve mandatory labelling in case of implementation of mandatory labelling of auto components?
· Is there an obligation to apply labelling on tires which are delivered to a Russian car assembly plant from abroad under a paid contract for subsequent installation on a conveyor, but without subsequent sale to a third party as a separate product?
What questions do the manufacturers have and how they can be solved we will find out at the meeting with Mrs. Natalya Lyakhova, Deputy Director of the Tariff and Non-tariff Customs Regulation Department, Eurasian Economic Commission.
