By this briefing the AEB starts a series of meetings with the Moscow government, after our memorable meeting with Mayor of Moscow Sergey Sobianin in December 2018.

The Department of Investment & Industrial Policy of the city of Moscow carries out the functions of forming an investment policy, a favorable investment climate, attracting and supporting iunvesments, developing and implementing the state policy of the city of Moscow in the field of industry, the personnel potential of industries, and congress and exibitions activities in the field of investment and industry, development and determination of directions for the use of industrial zones of the city of Moscow, territories with urban planning by laws corresponding to the development of the industrial zones, as well as the territory of industrial facilities and their infrastructure. The Department is an authorized executive body of the city of Moscow to interact with federal authorities in the implementation of investment policies and projects, including in industry. The Department coordinates the implementation of projects for the creation of industrial parks, industrial technology parks in the city of Moscow, and interacts with the RF Minsitry of Industry & Trade in order to receive state support in the form of subsidies for reimbursing the costs of creating thye infrastructure of industrial parks and industrial technology parks in Moscow.
