XIV Ежегодная таможенная конференция "ТАМОЖНЯ И БИЗНЕС: ДЕСЯТЬ ШАГОВ НАВСТРЕЧУ ДРУГ ДРУГУ"

The AEB Customs and Transport Committee is pleased to invite you to its 14th Annual Customs Conference “CUSTOMS AND BUSINESS: TEN STEPS TOWARDS EACH OTHER”.

The event will take place on Wednesday, February 21st, 2018 at 09:30 (registration at 9:00) at Four Seasons Hotel Moscow, (Okhotny ryad 2, Moscow, Tchaikovsky Ballroom).

Please note that Mr. Vladimir Bulavin, Head of Federal Customs Service, has confirmed his participation as well as other high level representatives of the Federal Customs Service, Ministry of Finance, Eurasian economic commission, Public Council of Federal Customs Service.

Following the AEB Board decision, the signing ceremony of the Declaration of recognition and support of the Charter of the good faith foreign trade participants will take place at the end of the plenary session.

The conference will be conducted in Russian and English. Interpretation will be available.

Attendance fees

Fee for representatives of AEB members is 18,000 RUR (+18% VAT);

Fee for representatives of non-member companies: 21,000 RUR (+18% VAT);

2^nd delegate from the company – 20 % discount.

Please note that according to the AEB Board decision in December 2016, the participation of one representative from each AEB Category D member company is free of charge.

All payments are to be made through bank transfer or credit card, ahead of the event. Once the transfer is made, the sum is not refundable. Please note that online payment with personal or corporate credit card is available. Please choose the “online payment” link when registering.

Registration is open until February 20, 2017, 12 PM. Your registration will be confirmed upon receipt of payment. Guarantee letters will also be accepted.
