Head of membership & sales

What we are looking for
We are looking for a strong, result-focused personality with excellent strategic planning and management skills to drive AEB business developments activities.

You will be responsible for:

- leading sales and client relationship management
- developing in-depth knowledge of AEB agenda and business process

- identifying trends and client needs to develop new business opportunities and AEB service offer

- adjusting sales strategies and business development plans

- managing a team of 2 employees

What we expect   
- higher education degree
- proven business development, sales, or marketing experience
- proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Excel proficiency as a must)
- excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- exceptional leadership and management skills
- effective communication and negotiation skills
- detail-oriented and persuasive
- fluency in Russian, English, and ideally other European languages
