Objectives

To create a level-playing field between local and foreign operators
To provide direct technical policy advice to European and Russian government officials

European financial institutions and advisory companies (actuarial firms, brokers, legal advisors, etc.), which currently have or plan to have operations in the Russian Federation in the areas of insurance, pensions and reinsurance.
