Finally, the meeting that had been postponed since July 2006 took place!!!

A Woman at the Helm - such was the title of a broadcast devoted to Anna Belova, one of the top managers in Russia. Ms. Belova successfully reformed one of the most important state monopolies, the Russian railways, by introducing market mechanisms. Now First Deputy General Director of Tekhsnabexport and Advisor to Minister Sergey Kirienko, Ms. Belova is working on the restructuring (with a very ambitious programme) and consolidation of nuclear energy — one of the most controversial, but necessary elements of energy supply.

To provide additional information about the exciting changes in the nuclear power industry, Ms. Belova will be accompanied by Mr. Kuchinov, Head of the Department of International and External Economic Cooperation of the Federal Agency for Nuclear Energy.
