Fraud Risk Management Conference

The AEB  Conference entitled "Fraud Risk Management” was held on October 23, 2006 from 9:30 – 18:30 at the Hotel Marriot Grand, Tverskaya str., 26/1.

The conference aimed to elaborate on the following issues:

  • fraud warning signs in company practice;
  • fraud governance and anti-fraud controls;
  • corruption and money laundering as facilitators of fraud;
  • consideration of fraud in the HR and IT spheres of company activities;
  • liabilities under Russian law; and
  • tax consequences that arise after a company has been exposed to fraud.
