Presentation of the Due Diligence Monitor

The AEB Finance and Investment Committee is pleased to announce the presentation of the first edition of “How to Do Due Diligence in Russia”. The presentation took place on October 11, from 9:30-12:00 (Registration from 9:00) at the Hotel Marriott Tverskaya, 1st Tverskaya- Yamskaya str., 34, Moscow.

The publication is a practical guide for foreign companies interested in investment in Russia. It addresses significant issues of doing due diligence here and fulfills the need for a guide to key aspects of Business, Financial, Legal, Corporate, Tax, HR and Environmental Due Diligence during the acquisition and post acquisition phase, business valuation and tools for effective due diligence such as Credit Rating and Corporate Governance Score.

The guide was compiled by professionals with considerable knowledge and experience in the subject matter representing such companies as PricewaterhouseCooper’s, KPMG, Standard & Poor’s, Ernst & Young, A.T. Kearney and Carl Bro a/s.
