The event will take place on May 28, 2025, Wednesday, from 14:00 to 20:00 at the AEB Conference Center (Butyrsky Val St. 68/70 b.1, 1st floor, office 13).

Over the past three years, we have witnessed a surge in landmark M&A deals in Russia that have significantly changed the landscape, the key players, and the rules of the game.
