The AEB HR and Migration Committees are pleased to invite you to our open webinar “Foreign specialists in Moscow”. 

The event will take place in an online format in Zoom on Thursday, February 19, 2026 from 10:00 to 11:30.

We have invited representatives of Moscow City Government to present the following actual topics:
  • High School of Economy’s Research Results and Analysis: "Import of Competencies. Qualified Foreign Personnel as a Strategic Resource for Moscow's Economic Development"
  • Migration support for foreign talents (employers and job seekers) – presentation of the Moscow Government’s “Start in Moscow” project
  • Moscow Government's Migration policy and Amina mobile application

The working language of the event is Russian, English translation will be provided upon prior request.
