We are pleased to invite you to take part in the open event of the AEB Real Estate Committee dedicated to specific features of non-residential real estate management.
The event will be held on February 3, 2022 from 15:00 pm to 16:30 on ZOOM online platform.
Apartment estates, multifunctional facilities, business centers, shopping malls: companies that manage these types of facilities have similar questions, issues and difficulties.
The leading experts in property management from such companies as Radius Group and DLA Piper will consider what can be included in the concept of "management" in general, what forms of management are available today, their advantages and disadvantages, which might influence on your choice.
The current problems in this area, such as a lack of clear legislative regulation or complicated forms of legal regimes of the land use, will be highlighted as well. We will also talk about how to ensure the most effective management, given the difficulties associated with different types of it.
As usually, after the experts’ presentations, you will have an opportunity to ask questions and discuss your issues of concern in the field.
