BUREAU CECILE ROGUE is dedicated to those who love France, its culture, gastronomy and art of living. The School for French Art of Living is the one and only in Moscow.
Created by Cécile Rogue, a French woman living for 20 years in Moscow, it aims to allow people who love France to meet, and discover all the aspects of the Art of French living. We are glad to invite you to the First French Christmas Fair in Moscow. Cecile has invited famous French brands and high quality artisans to present gastronomy, home décor, fashion accessories, kitchenware... All the participants are French, living in Moscow or coming especially from France for the Fair. Master classes, French music, raffle with nice prizes, surprises... Come and enjoy a Christmas feeling with us!
