The Association of European Businesses is pleased to inform you the RAEX Rating Agency (RAEX Analytics) hosts the XV Regional Investment Congress at Swissôtel Krasnye Holmy, Moscow on 15 December 2017. 

The analytical base of the congress is the XXII Investment Attracttiveness Rating of Russian Regions by RAEX Rating Agency (RAEX Analytics). It is Russia's only rating to demonstrate the actual level of investment attractiveness of the regions that has proved itself as an efficient tool for an investor.

Key topics for discussion:

• Main highlights of budget policies: income growth and cost optimisation
• Alternative to materials sector Russian regions and new growth areas.
• Investing in Russia: strategies for foreign companies.
