Event information
For many of us, working from home during COVID-19 has meant we are spending a lot of time on video meeting applications. Video chat is helping us stay employed and connected. But what makes it so tiring - and how can we reduce ‘Zoom fatigue’? You have not left your apartment for weeks, working hard and following all restrictions and you need a holiday more than you ever have. Is not it what phycologists call – change fatigue?

Even before the pandemic, change resilience was gaining recognition as a critical competency to navigate a volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous world. As we move into a new normal, we cannot underscore enough how critical resilience is today as our lives, society, and work as we know it are disrupted.

The AEB SHES Committee is happy to invite you to its webinar dedicated to the impacts of change on mental health. Our speakers have vast experience of operating employees 24/7 phycological hotline as well as supporting a range of organisations after traumatic events, including 9.11, July 7th and Manchester Arena bombings.

The webinare will be held on June 29th, 2020, 12:30 – 14:30 (registration starts at 12:15).
