Tablogix

Tablogix

Brief information

Tablogix manages 160,000 sq. m. of warehouse space in the Moscow region. We specialize in warehouse services for FMCG and auto spare parts manufacturers. In 2019 Tablogix has started waste management project Go Green. This is a unique project on the Russian logistics market. It aims to reduce the warehouse waste and reuse.

Warehouse is a place of a huge volume of waste: cardboard, stretch film, waste paper, wood, plastic, metal, accumulator batteries. With Go Green project Tablogix intends to spread positive experience to transform warehouses in Russia, so that they create additional value for society. Ecological projects create opportunities for building sustainable business.

Tablogix waste management system is based on the following principles

• consideration of environmental aspects before planning warehouse operations; • allocation of resources for waste management initiatives; • analysis of the company in order to improve environmental performance; • consideration of environmental requirements of customers; • transfer of waste for recycling; • involvement and training of employees.

Tablogix had developed internal documentation that regulates waste management: “Waste management procedures in warehouses”, “Reduction waste plan”, “Environmental monitoring program” and “Environmental monitoring schedule of waste accumulation”.

How do we manage production wastes?

• monitoring the process of waste management; • organization of sites for waste accumulation; • installation of containers for separate waste collection; • sorting of waste to the last scrap; • reusing; • sale of waste to licensed organizations; • transfer wood waste for recycling; • monitoring the disposal of mercury lamps; • collection of batteries; • control of paper use;

A significant part of Tablogix's business is related to the storage and handling of auto parts. Auto parts come to the warehouse in large wooden boxes. We reuse them and broken wood pallets, making transport packing, new boxes for safe storage of goods, furniture and interior items.

Reducing waste and its reuse is the main way to solve one of the most important environmental problem. Warehouses should implement a comprehensive waste management system and make efforts to spread successful practices.

We value nature as much as our customers. For the 25th anniversary of the company in 2019, Tablogix planted an anniversary alley of 25 thuis on Rubezhny proezd in Moscow close to the company HO. Thuis are called life trees. They are able to grow wherever there is enough moisture, living up to 150 years. Megacities need coniferous trees because they bring a disinfecting effect and emit oxygen all year round at any temperature.
