RF Minister of Foreign Affairs Sergey Lavrov briefed AEB Members on 8 October, 2012
The meeting with the Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov is the continuation of a long-standing tradition at the AEB - every two years, our members meet the Minister Lavrov, and get first-hand information on the Russian foreign policy and its choices, as well as the perspectives of EU-Russian cooperation, both on the economic and political levels.
This time the meeting with the representatives of the Association of European Businesses was dedicated to the EU-Russia relations in the context of Russian WTO membership and Eurasian integration processes.
The briefing was chaired by Reiner Hartmann, Chairman of the AEB Board and Frank Schauff, AEB Chief Executive Officer. More than 200 guests were present at the briefing. The briefing was also attended by 30 representatives of major newspapers and broadcasters.
