On February 18, 2025, the AEB Southern Regional Committee held its Annual General Meeting. The meeting was held at the office of the Southern Sales Directorate, a branch of KNAUF GYPSUM LLC.

AEB CEO Tadzio Schilling addressed the participants of the meeting via video link. In his speech, he gave a brief overview of the Association's activities in 2024 and introduced the main areas of work in the current year. Tadzio Schilling once again emphasized the role of the AEB Southern Regional Committee, the unity of its members and their well-coordinated work and wished all member companies continued fruitful activities.

Oleg Zharko, Chairman of the AEB Southern Regional Committee (H&N Company), summed up the committee's activities in 2024 and outlined work plans for 2025. The AEB Southern Regional Committee was formed in 2003, it consists of 24 companies operating in Krasnodar and Rostov-on-Don. The HR subcommittee, which includes 16 companies, is actively working in the SRC AEB.

In 2025, the AEB Southern Regional Committee will continue to work with regional government authorities, deputies of the State Duma of the Russian Federation from the Krasnodar Territory, business associations and non-profit public organizations of the region in order to maintain favorable conditions for the activities of the SRC AEB member companies.

In 2025, the companies of the Southern Regional Committee will continue to implement the long-term "Time for New Strategies" program, co-organized by the Public Chamber of the Krasnodar Territory and the committee's permanent information partner, the socio-political weekly Yug Times. 12 member companies of the AEB Southern Regional Committee, together with the Public Chamber of the Krasnodar Territory, will continue to participate in the implementation of the Business School program at 3 state universities of the Krasnodar Territory. In October 2025, the SRC AEB Solemn meeting and reception will be held, dedicated to the 22nd anniversary of the formation of the committee and the 30th anniversary of the Association of European Businesses.
