On October 25th, 2012 the Memorandum of Cooperation to Implement the Container Management Scheme (CMS) Pilot Project in the Voronezh Region was signed by Anatoly Spivakov, Deputy Chairman of the Administration of the Voronezh Region, Head of the Department for Agribusiness of the Voronezh Region. The Memorandum was preliminary signed by Frank Schauff, the AEB CEO and Alexander Uskov, President of the Russian Union of Crop Protection Products (CPP) Manufacturers. Initiative of the CMS Pilot Project belongs to the international and Russian CPP manufacturers and is aimed to set up CMS in the Voronezh Region with further country-wide expanding.
