On Monday, August the 19^th, 2013, the AEB IT-Telecom Committee members met Eldar Razroev, Advisor to RF Minister of Communication and Mass Media, for discussing a new Concept for Multiservice Public Communication networks development in the Russia proposed by the Ministry. After three hours intensive discussion it was decided to continue the dialogue on this highly topical issue in the nearest future.
