On November 9, 2022, Tadzio Schilling, AEB CEO, spoke at the 7th International Conference "Antitrust Policy: Science, Practice, Education" co-hosted by FAS of Russia, BRICS Competition Law and Policy Centre, and Skolkovo Foundation, at Skolkovo. 

At the plenary session, Tadzio noted that FAS had been realizing the measures necessary to mitigate negative implications on competition in commodity markets. He outlined the measures which bothered the AEB members most of all: the fifth antitrust package, parallel imports, patent rights of right holders and compulsory licensing, as well as the issue of medical products price formation.
