Within the framework of the Business School project, the graduation ceremony of the academic year was held at the Southern Federal University (Rostov-on-Don).

The Business School project has been implemented at the Southern Federal University since 2021. Leading companies, including members of the AEB Southern Regional Committee, became participants in the project this academic year.

Oleg Zharko, Corporate Affairs Director Center South Region of H&N JSC, Chairman of the Coordinating Council of the Business Schools Project, addressed the graduates of the Business School project with a welcoming speech and congratulated them on the end of the academic year.

Then 5 student teams presented their presentations of business cases prepared as the final task by the participating companies of the Business School project. At the end of the presentations, the results of the work done, and the academic year were summed up by Igor Brener, Employee Experience, Cargill GHRS Russia, Head of the coordination group of the Business Schools project.

On behalf of the Southern Federal University, Tatyana Voronina, Doctor of Economics, Associate Professor, Head of the Department of World Economy, and International Relations of the University, as well as representatives of Cargill and Center-Invest Bank shared their views on business cases and their solutions. In conclusion, the graduates of the Business School shared their impressions of the project.

Certificates signed by the heads of companies and the university were awarded to 13 graduates of the Southern Federal University Business School.
