On February 4, 2026, the AEB Conference Center hosted an open round table of the AEB Legal Committee on the topic "Legal Process Automation: Implementing and Leveraging Digital Solutions in Legal Work."

During the panel discussion, participants addressed key aspects of legal process automation. The speakers shared their experience in implementing and using platform solutions for process management, including ticketing systems and tools for tracking workloads, deadlines, and request processing. Special attention was paid to the automation of contract performance monitoring — from identifying violations to organizing claims and litigation work. 

The following panelists presented practical cases on the implementation of AI tools in legal practice: Marina Kurinnaya (M.Video), Sofia Smirnova (O2 Consulting), Maria Kravtsova (Logika Moloka), Alexandra Vasyukhnova (VEGAS LEX), Yuri Khalimovskiy (DRT), Alexandra Kalinina (DRT), Sergey Khanayev (ALRUD), Pavel Ravun (ALRUD), and Farrukh Mamedov (Omya Ural). The discussion also covered issues of data confidentiality when using external services.
