On May 29, 2024, a joint event of the North-West Regional Committee of the AEB and Avito Rabota took place, dedicated to the pressing issue of our time - the shortage of personnel.

Participants of the event learned about what kind of help can be received from the state - Natalya Levkina from the Regional Competence Center of St. Petersburg spoke about the national project. Roman Gubanov, Avito Rabota company, shared his successful recruitment strategy with the participants.

It was interesting to learn about practical cases of such companies as Magnit, State Unitary Enterprise Vodokanal of St. Petersburg, PJSC Cherkizovo.

Anastasia Kogan, Magnit, shared her experience of interacting with children from orphanages. This program has become widespread, spreading to the regions as well. And now other retailers are actively adopting the company’s experience.

Dana Kolomytseva, State Unitary Enterprise Vodokanal of St. Petersburg, spoke about the experience of attracting people with disabilities. This interaction helped increase the effectiveness of call center feedback by 3 times.

Dmitry Koltunov from PJSC Cherkizovo spoke about the unusual project “Tenderness”. The key idea of the project is to diversify the roles of women in the agricultural sector and destroy stereotypes about the gender of professions. The project is actively developing, attracting more and more women.

Participants of the event noted the effectiveness, necessity and importance of this meeting. Sharing experiences, tracking new trends and cases make the event popular.
