On November 12, 2021, AEB CEO Tadzio Schilling took part in the Second All-Russian Productivity Championship as a member of the honorary jury.

This championship was held within the framework of the national project "Labor Productivity" of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia together with the Russian Foreign Trade Academy of the Ministry of economic development of the Russian Federation (RFTA). The championship final was based on based on the results of the online stage and took place on November 12 in an offline format. 

At the end of the event a solemn signing of the partnership agreement of intent between RFTA and the Association of European Businesses was organized. The goal of the agreement was to establish long-term partnerships and the implementation of a set of joint activities aimed at developing of in-demand managerial competencies of managers of Russian companies, as well as building of expert community and popularization of best practices in improving labor productivity.

Tadzio Schilling marked out the importance of best practices exchange in the field of increasing productivity and wished the winners of the championship high professional success.
