On March 25 the anniversary AEB HR Conference “30 Years in Search of Better Ways” was held. This year the conference focused on practices used by leading companies in the areas of compensation and benefits, recruitment, assessment, training and development, and labour law.

AEB CEO Tadzio Schilling opened the conference and highlighted achievements of the HR Committee. Irina Aksenova, Chairperson of the Committee, presented an overview of the labour market, and Olga Bantsekina, Honorary Member of the AEB Board, spoke about the metamorphosis of the Russian labour market.

 
The special guest Konstantin Abramov, Director General of the VCIOM Foundation and Chairman of the Public Council of the Ministry of Labor, spoke about the student rating of employers.

Then there were two parallel sessions organized by the Subcommittee on Compensation and Benefits, the Subcommittee on Assessment, Training and Development, and the Subcommittee on Recruitment. The conference concluded with a session organized by the Labor Law Subcommittee.

The conference attracted a wide range of participants from both AEB members and other companies.
