On May 29, 2024, the AEB Intellectual Property Committee held its Annual Conference “Intellectual Property Rights: recent trends, court practices, issues and solutions” at the AEB Conference Center. 

The conference was dedicated to the key issues in the sphere of intellectual property in Russia and the EAEU, including the overview of legislation improvements, established practices in applying regulatory acts, court practices and much more detailed information and analysis provided by high profile speakers from Eurasian Economic Union, IPR Court, EAPO, Rospatent and FAS and the experts from the AEB member-companies (Melling Voitishkin & Partners, Sapozhnikov & Partners, Nextons, AstraZeneka, Teva, ADVANT Beiten, Gorodissky and Partners, ALRUD, EPAM Law).

The conference was opened by Tadzio Schilling, AEB CEO. Anton Bankovskiy, AEB Intellectual Property Committee Chairperson, Counsel, Gorodissky & Partners, moderated the conference.
