On April 15, 2026, the Annual General Meeting of the Association of European Businesses (AEB) took place at the Continental Hotel in Moscow.

The meeting was chaired by Barry Sheridan, Chairman of the AEB National Representation Council, who delivered a welcome address. At the beginning of the meeting, Thomas Staertzel, Chairman of the AEB Board, presented the annual business report for 2025. Tadzio Schilling, CEO of the Association, then presented the Financial Plan for FY2026, Strategic Outlook and membership fees for 2027. Oksana Krupnova, Chair of the AEB Auditing Commission, also presented the Commission’s activity report.

As per official agenda, AEB members approved the annual and financial reports, as well as a new Membership Fee Approach for 2027 which completes the transition to a Ruble based organization launched a few years ago. This was followed by elections to the AEB Board, the Auditing Commission, and the position of CEO. Tadzio Schilling was re-elected as CEO of the AEB.

The official part of the meeting concluded with a panel discussion on the topic “Beyond Borders: A Recipe for Relations”, followed by a networking reception.
