On January 13, 2025, the Automobile Manufacturers Committee of the Association of European Businesses held its annual press conference “Overview 2024”.

The conference gathered representatives of the AEB AMC Committee as well as AEB partners and journalists of the key Russian economic and automotive media. The major trends of the Russian new cars market and the market structure were highlighted.

AEB CEO Tadzio Schilling addressed the conference participants with a welcome speech. He noted that despite the difficulties associated with the transformation of the automobile business, the AEB continues to be a platform that unites automakers and importers operating in the Russian market. 

Chairman of the AEB Automobile Manufacturers Committee Alexey Kalitsev spoke about changes in the automotive industry, sales results in 2024 and expected prospects for 2025. He also spoke about the work of the committee and the transformation of AEB statistics on sales of light and light commercial vehicles.
