On July 22, 2022, AEB team had an Away Day dedicated to intercultural communication skills improvement and corporate spirit boosting.

The training on intercultural communication in the Jewish Tolerance center provided the team with an opportunity to understand key patterns of social behavior and deep dive into the intercultural diversity. In a game form, AEB the team members analyzed the cultural-specific features of behavior and studied the nuances of communications. 

In the second part of the Away Day, an award ceremony of AEB Innovation Award took place. Tadzio Schilling, AEB CEO, noted the breadth and diversity of ideas offered by AEB employees. 

We are happy to announce that the winner is “Green AEB Office & Team” project. The project aims at making the AEB office greener and increase green awareness of AEB team.
