On September 26, Boris Titov, Special Envoy of the Russian President for relations with International Organizations for the Achievement of Sustainable Development Goals, and representatives of the AEB member companies held a working meeting to discuss the most pressing sustainable development issues for foreign businesses in Russia.

AEB members discussed with Boris Titov areas of cooperation in the context of sustainable development with international businesses operating in Russia and Russian businesses targeting the global market. The parties raised issues of possible potential in the joint implementation of large projects in energy, waste, socially significant infrastructure, energy transition issues, and government support measures in the field of sustainable development.

Tadzio Schilling, AEB CEO, and Roman Ishmukhametov, Chairman of the Coordination Council of the AEB Green Initiative platform, noted the importance of continuing the dialogue between the state and business to achieve sustainable development goals, sharing visions and strategies that can help achieve these goals.
