On 21 April, 2020, the AEB Finance and Investment Committee held its open event (webinar)  entitled «COVID- 19 - Impact on the economy».

The event was moderated by Stuart M Lawson, AEB Board Member, Chairperson of the AEB Finance and Investment Committee, Senior Advisor, EY.

The participants of the webinar discussed  the impact of the crisis caused by the epidemic on different sectors of the economy in Russia, as well as in the world.

The presentations were delivered by:

- Annette Kyobe, International Monetary Fund Resident Representative for Russian Federation,

- Vladimir Drebentsov, Head of Russia & CIS Economics, BP plc Vice President, BP Russia,

- Chris Weafer, Chief Executive Officer, Macro-Advisory 

The speakers also shared their experiences on the impact of the current crisis on Russia.
