AEB Health and Pharmaceuticals Committee met with the representatives of the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS)

On October 7, 2019 the AEB Health and Pharmaceuticals Committee held a meeting with the representatives of the Federal Antimonopoly Service. The meeting was devoted to the matters of pricing regulation, mandatory licensing and track&trace data access.
Timofey Nizhegorodtsev, Head of the Department of Control of Social Sphere and Trade, Nadezhda Sharavskaya, Deputy Head of the Department of Control of Social Sphere and Trade, and Daria Starykh, Head of Drug Pricing Regulation Unit took part in the meeting.
As a result of the meeting, both parties noted their interest in achieving a full understanding of all the nuances of drug prices state regulation system in the interests of patients and the drug supply system as a whole.
