At the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF), AEB Board Chairman Ulf Schneider joined the discussion at the session “‘Expensive’ Professionals: How to Employ Highly Qualified Foreign Specialists Today”.

The discussion focused on current labor market trends, talent attraction and retention strategies, as well as the impact of recent migration legislation changes on the operations of Russian and international companies.

The AEB continues to actively contribute to the dialogue between business and government on improving the framework for attracting highly qualified foreign specialists.
