On October 27, the Assessment, Training & Development Subcommittee of the AEB HR Committee held a webinar  dedicated to current cases in personnel assessment and training.

The invited experts shared their experience in improving employee competency levels, discussed the effectiveness of training programmes for managers, and addressed key aspects of personnel competency diagnostics. The discussion confirmed the growing demand for practical assessment and development tools that can be adapted to the rapidly changing business environment.
