On June 19, 2025, the Association of European Businesses held an open webinar "Current Business Risks and Motivation", organized by the AEB Labor Law Subcommittee.

The event was moderated by Evgeny Reizman, Chair of the AEB Labor Law Subcommittee. Experts examined critical issues surrounding trade secret and personal data protection amid stricter liability for data breaches effective from 2025. Margarita Egiazarova, representative of ALRUD Law Firm, outlined strategies for building trade secret protection systems in light of the evolving judicial practices. Andrey Slepov, ADVANT Beiten, emphasized the human factor as the primary cause of personal data leaks and highlighted protective measures for employers.

The second session featured Denis Bushnev, Deputy Chair of the Subcommittee, who presented legal aspects of long-term employee motivation programs.

The webinar concluded with an interactive Q&A session, allowing participants to gain expert insights.
