On March 15, 2023, the AEB HR Committee held a traditional HR conference dedicated to the practice of leading companies in the field of compensation and benefits, recruitment, assessment, training and development of personnel, relocation, as well as labor law. 

This time our conference was attended by a special guest from St. Petersburg Tatyana Vladimirovna Chernigovskaya, Professor, Head of the Department of the Problems of Convergence in Natural Sciences and Humanities, Head of the Institute for Cognitive Studies, Doctor of Science in Human Physiology, Member of the Board of the Liberal Arts and Sciences Program, St. Petersburg University. 

Tatyana Vladimirovna revealed the secrets of the human brain in the digital world.

The conference was opened by Tadzio Schilling, AEB CEO. 

Irina Aksenova, HR Committee Chairperson, Deputy General Manager, Key Accounts, Coleman Group, spoke about the most topical issues that companies are now concerned about.

Tatyana Vladimirovna Chernigovskaya, being one of the leading experts in the field of brain research, spoke about what is happening with humanity from the point of view of neurobiology, explained what is a new type of civilization, how and why brain research is carried out all over the world, how artificial intelligence can help society. HR professionals were especially interested in hearing answers to the questions of employee multitasking, ways to maintain and develop healthy brain function, and interacting with artificial intelligence in the modern world.

They presented an extensive program of reports on human development, digitalization of the recruitment process, compensation and corporate pension programs, and HR legal issues.
