On 7 October, the AEB Human Resources Committee held a webinar "The Evolution of Outsourcing in Russia: From Cost Savings to Strategic Competitive Advantage."

Participants discussed the current transformation of outsourcing and its current areas and functions, as well as new risks and opportunities within the existing Russian legislation.

During the event, experts discussed the shift in focus in outsourcing and its interconnection with the development of artificial intelligence and other modern technologies; the transformation of financial processes and HR record-keeping; risks and challenges for outsourcing and regulatory restrictions.

The webinar concluded with a Q&A session, during which participants were able to gain new practical ideas and exchange current experience with colleagues.
