AEB Labour Law Sub-Committee webinar “Remote Work and everything connected with it"

On November 27, 2020 AEB Labour Law Sub-Committee organized a webinar “Remote Work and everything connected with it".


The event was opened by Irina Aksenova, Chairperson of the AEB HR Committee, Deputy General Manager, Key Accounts, Coleman Services and moderated by Julia Borozdna, the AEB Law Sub-Committee Sub-Committee Chair, Partner, Head of Employment and Migration Law Practice, Pepeliaev Group.

At the beginning of the webinar the participants discussed the basic issues of the draft law on amendments to distant work, presented by Evgeny Reyzman, AEB Labour Law Sub-Committee Deputy Chairperson, Counsel, Baker & McKenzie.

Denis Bushnev, Team Leader Labor & Migration Law Practice at SCHNEIDER GROUP shared his ideas about bringing the unscrupulous employees to disciplinary liability.

Alexey Sapozhnikov, Attorney-at-law (Germany), Partner, Head of Practice Groups Labor and Migration Law, Restructuring, Rödl & Partner, shared his experience about the liability of organizations for violation of requirements, established in connection with the new unti-covid restrictions.

In the conclusion, Nina Kondrashova, Legal Counsel, Bosch, spoke about the practical experience of Bosch in Russia on formalization of the remote working regime.
