On 30 April 2026, the AEB Labour Law Subcommittee of the Legal Affairs Committee held an online webinar as part of the series “Strategy and Tactics of HR Operations: Fine-Tuning in Light of Current Court Practice.”

The webinar was moderated by Evgeny Reizman, Chair of the AEB Labour Law Subcommittee (Melling, Voitishkin & Partners).

During the session, experts discussed key aspects of employee remuneration in the context of evolving tax legislation, approaches to assessing employee performance for bonus decisions, as well as recent court practice related to payroll deductions.

The event attracted strong interest from AEB members and provided a platform for professional exchange on current labour law issues.
